Jim Jordan and Georgia GOP Rep. Doug Collins said they interviewed dozens of witnesses while his probe was simultaneously running.

Horowitz investigated all of the issues Huber is looking at during the mid-year investigation.

Huber has everything he needs.

The conclusions of Horowitz's mid-year was that there was no bias, but all of the information was gathered for Huber to be activated now.

His conclusions were bland, but he handed that whole report over to Huber.

It was all there.

All Huber needs is enough for Grand Jury's to issue a "true bill" or indictment.

That doesn't take very much.

Then he can subpoena whoever he wants.
