Just got done reading it nitwit. It's about libel and it actually strengthens news organizations' positions. It's not about generic
"fake news" at all, in fact. This isn't rocket science, all you have to do
is read the decision. Be smarter.
Libel and slander are not just fake news, however, which is the point
the anon was making. News organizations have no obligation to tell
the truth per the 1st amendment.
