Not usually.
Spreadsheetfag here - Usually, if Q forgets to use tripcode in a thread and therefore posts as anon, then posts as Q (with the same userID) in the same bread I include it in the spreadsheet - which is a different animal & serves a different function than notables & breads (to be a totally complete, thorough and accurate record).
Whenever there has been a controversy about a Q post when tripcode wasn't used and either BO/BV or Codemonkey verifies IPhash, I include their posts as well and put ALL screencaps of posts in the respective off-site gallery (for that month) and make a note on the spreadsheet - in the interest of completeness & accuracy.

It is an honor to be able to participate, and very humbling. I figure there are hundreds of articles already written about this as a historically significant sociological and sociopolitical phenomenon, there are papers being written, people will write theses on this. We absolutely MUST have multiple redundant repositories and methods of archives, so accuracy can be verified (I won't mention how it can be falsified, /badguys/ already know and I won't give assholes ammunition), so it's imperative for history. I am just so grateful to be here, from before Q came (hope FBI anon is still alive & healthy) to whenever the 'end' is - we're here and we will never, ever, ever give up!! Our republic and our fellow countrymen are worth it.
