Used to do taxes, but when I did there were several variables in calculating the proper withholding taxes, especially when they would change the amounts in the withholding tables. Didn't happen often, thank goodness.
The number of dependents that you are claiming is highly relevant. I am not a registered agent any longer or I would be glad to help you more. Perhaps, check the IRS website for registered agents in your area that are not with big companies that charge big overhead prices. Many independent agents may be willing to help for a minimal fee. Did regular non-business/non-Schedule D returns for $60 and calculating a withholding adjustment was free.
There used to be IRS and/or State Tax volunteer help at local government Offices for the Aging/disabled. Not sure if in your area or offered.
