I think RBG is dead. We have the tech to literally make her voice, or create a vid impression of her, sort like the fancy CGI you see on you tube with people manipulating images of Hussein or entertainment workers.

However.

Q did say "any means" necessary to keep her alive with "unknown medication/medical tech"- I know it's not logical thinking but if RBG is alive she's got a brain scanner hooked up to a voice box.
