I put both my legal cap on and my nursing cap on to listen to this audio.

Proof of life with RBG voice interceding questions loud and clear (if not a bit garbled) yet she didn't intercede with the amount of questions to the extent the other Justices did, which make me wonder:

1. was she asleep and her head was down on the bench

2. did she defer due to lack of energy, lung power, and

cognitive concentration ability

1. the line of questioning was a bit confusing (transcriber kept

writing the incorrect name of the Justice (Kagan-Sotomayor)

So it was hard to keep up on jurist strikes/questioning/racial

issues/history etc. Therefore, wondering if RBG could keep up

as well; hence her lack of participation.

1. I think its time for her to retire. The job requires blood to the brain and thinking/reasoning/deciphering. Is she up to it considering her medical issues, medications, and age.
