Second man in 18 months to die in the West Hollywood home of a Democrat donor passed away from a meth overdose, rules autopsy

Timothy Dean, 55, was found dead inside Democratic donor Ed Buck in January

His death has been ruled a methamphetamine overdose authorities said Monday

He became second man to die within a span of 18 months inside Buck's home

Gemmel Moore was found dead inside Buck's Los Angeles apartment July 2017

His death was also ruled a meth-related overdose

Moore's mother, LaTisha Nixon filed legal papers in February seeking damages including 'wrongful death and sexual battery'

Nixon alleges Buck is responsible for death of Moore

Buck donated $500K to campaigns including Hillary Clinton's presidential bid

Wealthy donor has always maintained his innocence and denied any wrongdoing
