Fake news is trying to target MILITARY money, bring attention to Mil because they're a threat to the narrative and agenda, since they think they successfully stopped POTUS from building the wall. They make up the rumor and then publish it as fact, and will do anything to push impeachment, even claiming that POTUS doing his mandated job of commanding our armed services, is a crime by painting money coming from military budget to fund wall is sneaky, hence illegal connotation to the operation, easy to convince the hypnotized public into that narrative.
