Why would Comey be pointing out that what happened was “high treason?” It just doesn’t make sense. They know what they did. There’s no reason to encode it in a picture. Interesting take, but I don’t think it’s accurate.
Unless he’s asking, in effect, “ what the fuck do we do now about the high treason we committed?” That’s plausible.
