His point is that they are hiding her medical condition, and she is high on drugs to keep herself functioning enough to ask dumb questions.
They arent taking pictures of her walking for either 1) the fact that she cant walk on these drugs. Or 2) to stoke the shes dead meme to use it against us as cover for the fact that she is high as a kite and on glidepath to eventual liver failure or something…
