Listening to the places RGB speaks in those oral arguments, it seems clear she is present and paying attention to the case, and able to make points. But her speech isn't easy, and it's slow. In some ways she sounds like my 93-year-old mother-in-law who is in the hospital just hanging on–mentally pretty present, but physically really struggling.
I honestly don't hear anything on this feed to justify "she's already dead", "it's an audio splice" or things of that nature. She just sounds like a frail, ailing woman with a TON of determination just trying to eke out some more time while she can.
