Notice that even as Chelsea Clinton, for example, is balls-deep in the CF shenanigans, she is presented as a beneficiary of the scam rather than as a perpetrator.

There's a lot of misinfo out there. The signal-to-noise ratio is pretty absurd.

One thing that has been expressed as being significant, and to my knowledge, this hasn't been challenged, is that the elite, for whatever reason, have a tendency to let people have a glimpse behind the curtain with predictive programming.

One of the things that conspiracists knock around in one form or another pretty frequently is combination of several different conspracies which are not mutually exclusive- DUMBS, elite boltholes, Planet X/Nibiru/Precession of Equinoxes, CME, etc all can be fir into a fairly clean framework without too much rubbing against each others' edges.
