Bakers are just Anons like you guys, but regular Anons can choose which take they care about digging/exposing, can voice their strong opinions one way or the other. Bakers kinda need to stay neutral as to content/POV, at least as far as what they put in notables, and if you watch the regulars you can see how hard they work at doing that. They respond to real anon feedback while not taking shit from shills or muh optics plebbitors, and still get the bread baked on time. It usually takes new bakers a bit to find their own balance with that, but our system works really well at helping them get there tbh, as well as spotting and calling out the few shill bakers that occasionally slip in (reeeee!). Meanwhile mods pay attention to all of it and will step in if something goes on too long/gets out of hand, but it hardly ever does anymore. We work it ourselves 99% of the time, which is what we want.

It's a pretty smooth running machine we got here IMO, despite all the bumps along the way. Was frustrating af at times, not gonna lie, but we stuck it out. I'm proud of us.
