Essentially this means that it's going to really make you think about the subject, or more likely confuse the person, as they won't be able to get a grasp on it.

Noodle can be used as a slang term for brain, e.g. "Use your noodle!" It's basically the same as saying, "This is going to fry your brain.", So in summary, he'll have to think very hard about what he is being told so that he can understand it.

However Noodle does sound a little bit like penis if you go into an off-color context, and considering that Yates appears to possibly be a male-to-female tranny.
