THAT is what we, or at least I, do not want. Centralization does raise effectiveness to a point but it also ensures corruption, that KILLS efficiency. Which eliminates the entire point of centralization. HISTORY proves this, especially modern history.. 21TRILLION in dept… 21 TRILLION.. or is it even more now?
