Make a note of this for later anons. It's important.
In the increasingly unreal material reality, we have one fixed permanent life time identity. Because it is fixed we never thing about how critical identity is to trust, to the development of community and to commerce. What happens when one person can credibly impersonate another is the internet. The only reason the internet functions is that the cabal uses fiat currency and can distribute the vast losses to computer crime, and of course also commit them.
A civilized society can't permit shape shifters, We need to be sure people are whom they appear to be in real life, and for advanced computational civilization to function we need identity on the internet as well.
The internet was built on the opposite premise, to function anonymously for every one, and it does that very well, in fact it is far far better when we are all anonymous working to a single purpose. We treasure anonymity for many reason and we can't do without it.
So can we have both a permanent fixed lifetime identity on the internet and assured anonymity as well?
Yes, it the answer, it is possible to have those things and to protect real life identities of users, and by setting a sufficiently high barrier to accessing real life identities as to satisfy the most demanding autist.
The prime reason we need this level of security on the information system of the future is that we will be accessing Mixed Reality - a far more versatile format than VR and one where multi party tele presence is expected to be the killer app.
Multi prty tele presance means streaming 360 video. What we've seen of mind control here we do not want even a remote possibilty to exist that 3 letters get in to a 360 stream and introduce falsified information, inductive programming, or a Niel Stevenson "snowcrash" virus, which there is every reason to believe do exist.
We need a network that is secure FOR everybody because it is secure FROM everybody.
Some of of our best computer scientist have spent ten years figuring out how to do this, but to serve the world, it needs to be an international program.
The Russians have already expressed their willingness in private, as well as in Vladimir Putin's call for an international "Manhattan project" to create the information system of the future.
That is exactly what we have in mind.
