[James Reynolds] Sr., of Loop Capital, was the president of Cancer Fund of America Inc., which was implicated in a $187 million fraud scheme along with a couple other cancer charities, including The Breast Cancer Society Inc., which was run by his son James Reynolds II.

Jame Reynolds Sr. was on Obama's national finance committee, and in 2003, he was recorded on FBI wiretaps arranging what prosecutors called a "sham" consulting contract. Loop Capital later won $300,000 worth of city contracts.
