Can't remember how many people can be survielled up and downstream from a FISA warrant target. But 11 applications were pushed through initially? I would assume the up and downstream contacts of these people would include a large number of top players and would still be fair game for being monitored.

How many FISA warrants were issued AFTER DJT became president and all this information Q had available that could then be included in NEW FISA applications? There could be DOZENS of big name people (who are US citizens) being monitored, including all of our favorite villains.

As I recall, some of the intelligence information on some individuals used in the first FISA warrants was stolen by "intelligence contractors" who illegally accessed the NSA data (Snowden).

How much credible information could you use to apply for FISA warrants on the many potential threats in threats to national security if you had legal authority/access to the ENTIRE NSA database?.
