Listen to the whole SCOTUS argument: it is about the history of a prosecutor stacking juries w/ white jurors when the defendant it black.
RBG asks at 19:56: "The Court took account of the history. What are we to make of that?"
Another way: The Court took account of the PROSECUTOR'S HISTORY.
Does this case relate to anything on the Q board? Is there a PROSECUTOR with a HISTORY we should look at?
MUELLER?
ROSENSTEIN?
WEISSMAN?
Is it WEISSMAN? He's got a history in the Arthur Anderson case which was later overturned by SCOTUS.
WEISSMAN is prosecuting MANAFORT. This makes me wonder if going forward that MANAFORT will have something along these lines which will lead to an appellate case.
WEISSMAN. How many ANONS have posted he's a Pit Bull, Anti-Trump bias, power abuser, etc.? Plenty… .it's what made me think about RBG's statement about a PROSECUTOR with a HISTORY, a pattern of behavior, that might have to be considered in the future.
Any other prosecutors with a history that should be added to this list?
NOTABLE?
