An anon talking about a sick husband might cause other anons to know the poster is a wife and sympathise with her situation, hence the TEMPORARY endearment of WifeAnon. But the endearment doesn't stick past the current bread.

You are anon. You just happen to be a newfag anon. Someday, you'll become an oldfag anon, if you stay around long enough. Doesn't matter if someone gives you a name and avatar. If you just know that you are and will always be anon, then you needn't worry about any of the junk about avatars and famefagging, etc. Enjoy being anon. The only one who knows your true identity is you and God. There's a lot of freedom in that.
