Am I missing something. This Tweet is dated 22nd Nov 2016 & the TT issues were around the beginning of June 2016, 5 plus months earlier. The 22nd was after the election & they had known of the issue from Adm Rogers, so at best, it seems to me #POTUS was rubbing their noses in it.
