Has anyone suggested that DOJ might have already determined that it was Smollett that sent the letter to himself. They could of presented the evidence to him, and made a deal for him for him to play role to stay out of prison. I actually thought the announcement today was useful in waking people up to possible corruption. More and more people are watching this play out in disbelief.
