Can we sue the Health Insurance companies collectively, as a class?

It seems that therapies for common injuries such as rotator cuff tears including stem cells therapy (using the patients OWN stem cells) and palette-rich plasma therapy, have promising outcomes, but are NOT available on via ANY insurance provider.

So do we have a a federal regulatory body in the FDA saying a therapy is allowable because it is efficacious or not?

If it IS, then it appears the whole of the insurance industry is COLLUDING to prevent access to viable care/treatment options.

If not, then how are clinics able to offer such therapies? Who grants the license to practice this treatment? If it is any element of the federal government, then the insurance industry is in direct opposition to the FED on efficacy.

Stem cells, younger the better?

YES. Thus planned parenthood, placenta/cord 'harvesting', etc

This ends down the 'human harvesting' rabbit hole…
