I’m just going to throw this one out there, I may be way off. I have been hearing this catchy little song fucking everywhere, like the grocery store, radio once an hour, restaurants, etc. Let me start by saying this is just my view of the world, but holy shit is this little song occult as fuck. And, worse, my animal brain fucking loves it even though I consciously wish otherwise.

It’s basically a rhythmic/musical device to get people to repeat to themselves that getting nuked/bombed/drowning/frozen is a form of love. Almost like a catchy way to get people performing a satanic prayer.

It’s really brilliant, not only in execution, songwriting, production, but in the Lucifer sense as well. You can feel the draw, the black hole event horizon around it. Lyrics below and embed at bottom. I highly suggest you watch.

I've been havin' dreams

Jumpin' on a trampoline

Flippin' in the air

I never land, just float there

As I'm looking up

Suddenly the sky erupts

Flames alight the trees

Spread to fallin' leaves

Now they're right upon me

Wait if I'm on fire

How am I so deep in love?

When I dream of dying

I never feel so loved

I've been having dreams

Splashin' in a summer stream

Trip and I fall in

I wanted it to happen

My body turns to ice

Crushin' weight of paradise

Solid block of gold

Lying in the cold

I feel right at home

Wait if I'm on fire

How am I so deep in love?

When I dream of dying

I never feel so loved

It’s a tough task, exactly the reason it’s so effective and pervasive. If someone can get you to repeatedly sing “Well if I’m on fire” and “When I dream of dying”, it doesn’t seem like a huge jump to think at some point you will be OK with being on fire and dreaming of death.
