Trump IS pro Israel. Same as he is pro Syria and pro Nato etc. He just believes in cutting these nations loose and introducing them to the concept of self reliance and doing the jobs for which all governments are primarily elected - defence of the realm.. And for self reliance, Israel needs the Golan Heights from which to defend their terrritory. Trump has acceded to that. Then he can withdraw and leave them to it. Same with Nato. He is a nationalist, not a globalist. You lot look after your own countries while I look after the USA and I'll help you to do it.
