The museum that houses the French approval for the Louisiana Purchase just had a "fire."

"Thousands of historic documents, including the proclamation of France's approval of the Louisiana Purchase, and the Great Soulard Discovery Map were saved Tuesday when a fire hit the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum in South St. Louis."

I would like to suggest that there is something weird about this, ESPECIALLY knowing what we know about the Payseurs. Something is weird about the Louisiana Purchase.

DIGS REQUIRED.

"The cause of the fire is under investigation."

Not just "undetermined" but under investigation.

I wonder which documents have been digitized and which haven't.

Maybe the Louisiana Purchase had some strings attached that people didn't hear about. Maybe its a safe zone for the Payseurs…
