that was a scroll on FOX news… I couldn't believe it so I hit record and when it scrolled again I watched it multiple times… whoever wrote that scroll is comped… what the General said was the Hurricane cleanup/ rebuild, civilian pay raises/ and operational maintenance was the problem… wrote 2 memo's to the Navy (which their under) secretary… how the deployment got thrown in is beyond me… 2018 the additional troops and equipment cost 240million with the soldiers, airman, sailors and marines all being deployed… so divide 240 up… faux news

don't be so sure anon… retired Mil here and in the 80's and 90's lots of inner city recruits… all gang marked (or most of them) research indicated they were there and serve well but were only getting training to use later… had to start id'ing tattoos and watch like hawks.. even had to throw some out..
