I hope to provide sauce for this but "anti-vaxxers" are routinely blamed for any outbreak of measles. However, a blogger did some analysis on the outbreak in the Pacific Northwest and was able to show that there was no decrease in vaccine rates related to the measles outbreak. What is being discovered is that vaccinated people can "shed" contagious particles, that "outbreaks" are sometimes vaccine strain measles, and that vaccinated people can and do get measles. It is quite a stretch to confine unvaccinated people who are well. If the vaccines worked they would protect the vaccinated. THEY DONT. Vaccinated people are like "Typhoid Mary", btw. They may be asymptomatic carriers of the diseases that "public health" authorities say they want to "eradicate". When outbreaks inevitably occur, the trope is to cry out that "anti-vaxxers" are to blame, thus giving an officially sanctioned reason to call for more vaccines, and so it goes.

Start with ending routine childhood vaccinations. SIDS is often caused by vaccines. The reason, I suspect, that Northam wants to make it okay to kill "damaged" babies after birth is to retroactively protect doctors whose vaccines killed so many American babies. Just say the child had an underlying "defect" and the vaccines were nothing more than a tipping point. Doctors were doing us a favor, you see, by sparing society so many "defective" children. The death penalty, in America is ONLY for the innocent and helpless
