I don't understand the mystery, Anon. I lived in London for 5 years. That building with TWG Tea is directly across from the building that houses the W Hotel and M&Ms world. That entire building was demolished down to the I-beams and completely rebuilt over a several-year period. Those shops just opened within the last 12 months or so.
