WGN just said the City of Chicago might go after Smollett. I think it's for the $150,000 they spent on the investigation but I'm not sure.
Those are really serious crimes. The drugging alone is second degree assault and considered a violent felony. She said she was a stripper for 4 years, starting at age 19. That would mean she may have been drugging and robbing as recent as 3 years ago. Statute of limitations would be 5 years. Police need to investigate this and see if they can locate victims.
