They want to auto register all to vote, then ballot harvest the shit out of them. Why else do you think voter roles are being “hacked into” but not altered. They want the data. All of it. Then big data on all the other hacks helps determine if you moved and they can safely steal votes.

My favorite scam was the apps that let you give up your vote virtually so someone else could vote supposedly in another state to help magnify impact. Of course they then just absentee ballot those stupid enough to do it. That was a soros operation.
