Now we know that Mueller report was finished long time ago, before Midterms. No collusion.

We know that if he released it before midterms, Potus would easily get Senate and House.

Question:

Why did Mueller released report now?

Why not after 2020 elections?

Was he forced? If yes, why was he not forced before Midterms?

Was this plan all along?

If yes, what is point?

Can it be that Patriots have leverage now, but at that time before midterms they did not have enough leverage?
