westbound lanes have reopened which means the vehicle was traveling east. which is away from the huge FBI building 60 miles down the road.
yeah i suspect we'll be hearing something sometime soon. explosives heading east with secret service involved; something is going on.
apparently the driver said there were explosives. unknown whether they actually found something.
