Why the charges may have been dropped.

(Because Harris and/or Booker are implicated)

Foxx asks Chief to have reach out to FBI to take over.

He does and they decline, but now they have legal reason to intervene.

They are no longer comped, and DOJ pushes for the charges to be dropped.

Foxx is forced to play along due to shady Soros funding ties, etc. which are known, and she's forced to take the heat/scrutiny which is coming.

Why? Because Tchen is one of the subjects of a MUCH LARGER investigation.

Everyone on BHOs orbit is under investigation!

EVERYONE!

This is the most incestuous group of people ever to hold power in the US.

(Notice how the same names keep popping up)

Any exposure now could compromise ongoing Federal investigations.

Who would have the power to halt/seal these procedings?

It's too public to not cause major outcry, which Foxx would know.
