The problem is two fold:
1) We already have laws in place to deal with this issue, people are just lazy.
2) Once they get this defined, people with the following beliefs will be insane and unfit: Climate Deniers, Anti-Immigrant, Constitutionalists, People who refuse to use proper gender pronouns, and 8 Chan users.
