Not at all. We are telling you that you may not publish their personal contact information in the digs or direct links you post here.
8chan errs on the safe side in this regard bc we very much value this free speech platform and the laws that protect all citizens, including their free speech rights. There is no need to publish the personal contact information of anyone we're investigating. Their business ties and related information are sufficient should anyone wish to contact them re: matters of public interest, and the names and place names in their personal history is sufficient to establish identify and connections. The publishing of personal addresses, phone #'s and emails is not needed for a citizen to exercise his free speech in pursuit of making public all other relevant information regarding a public person's past, present, or future conduct.
