The Homeland Security Department confirmed Friday that Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya was granted special entry to the United States on multiple occasions in 2015 and 2016 at the request of the Justice Department.

A federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's office in Manhattan told the court in a hearing in January 2016 that the “extraordinary circumstances” parole request needed to be approved by Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

However another news report says the Justice Department denied her request and the visa was approved by the State Department. Hmmm. Does this implicate John Kerry was involved in a criminal conspiracy? What crimes would be involved with a conspiracy like this – election fraud, RICO, Treason?

Kerry was going balls to the wall Anti-Trump at Davos, but seems to be pretty quiet the lately. Is this a case of "those who scream the loudest?

Veselnitskaya, however, wasn’t admitted into the U.S. in June 2016 because of her role in the Prevezon case. In fact, then U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara of Manhattan specifically refused Veselnitskaya’s request that the Justice Department authorize her trip via a mechanism known as immigration parole, which allows the attorney general to temporarily suspend immigration requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Veselnitskaya obtained a visa from the State Department to enter the country in June 2016, according to a government filing.

Either way it was a high ranking Obama official who would have approved the visa that allowed the attempted set-up of Don Jr.

Meanwhile, the Russian Spy has been charged with obstruction.

Natalia Veselnitskaya, who met with President Donald Trump's son in Trump Tower in New York, has been charged with obstruction of justice by the US attorney's office in Manhattan as part of the separate case.
