That's easy as all hell.

The source code for 8chan is open source, literally anyone could host their own and let it do whatever they like.

I kind of miss the old Unix filename system, but the current unique system makes it a little harder to have seven copies of the same damn image.

Other things to keep in mind:

1. He's a Board Owner, he knows how the system works from a pseudo-admin level.

2. Getting a code monkey who is already paid by the feds or by POTUS in one of his establishments to pick through open source and make a file name renaming program based off of the cypher included in the source code would be surprisingly easy for even the most beginner coder worth their salt, see attached. It's from 4/g/ but 8/tech/ occasionally follows suit because fuck it, it's a challenge, do it.

3. If he decided to do it the cheapfag way, he probably would've either made a new board or took over a board that's been abandoned that is an option, for the record and made a few posts to get the filenames regenerated then delete the fucking thing.

Hidden boards are also an option, which he could just have a hidden board that nobody except maybe his team uses.
