I just did a search for [CLAS 1-99] and it shows up in several places, but I’m looking at post 570 in particular, the section on Hussein’s part of the 16-year plan.

First, these lines

I assume Blind-eye means something happening in plain sight that the US ignores. Then it states the location, then the activity in brackets, which implies that [CLAS 23-41] refers to a classified location and activity.

The last line of Hussein’s part is [CLAS 1-99], which according to the above pattern, is a classified location and activity.

Maybe DOJ and UK are in coordination to declass [CLAS 1-99].
