The approach here for IBOR has been to ask that the government force 1st amendment on private enterprise.
And true there might be an argument here, that private internet companies provide public forums and needs to be regulated. But that has been shot down by SCOTUS multiple times in the past…
Perhaps more important is to push for the 4th amendment. To protect us from unreasonable searches and seizures of digital data that we have every right to expect to be private.
If the clowns control media, extending the BOR to the internet would break their control.
