Still no name in media reports. But there was a name picked up on scanners by @CoryGroshek who was livetweeting.

In addition to that name, the dispatchers gave the plate number of the car. They didn't say the state, but the alphanumeric format (BYND312) was of an Ontario license plate, which would match the Toronto reference.
