I believe the reflection is the north wall of the Roosevelt Room in the West Wing of the White House. The watch is on the sideboard along the south wall.

Also the Roosevelt Room has video and telecom/voip capability. Think POTUS on Hannity via phone. He talks, everyone else in the room 'watches' while POTUS drops a bunch of Q terms and phrases.
