Depends on the contents of underlying info. I don't think anything Jr was questioned on is classified, it's just shit he did on the campaign. He probably said the same shit to the press, "what he did in the meeting," etc.

Contempt of Congress is the only thing that comes to mind, and even that is pretty thin gruel.

Grand jury testimony is secret by law, but witnesses are free to tell the public what they tell a grand jury (classified info caveat, see narrow categories of classified info - ongoing investigation caveat, but not much in law to keep that secret - trade secret caveat but that is civil law)

Merely being part of an investigation does not make it secret. The color of your car is public info, and might also be info in an investigation.

Congress was probing conduct of the people in the Trump campaign. The people in the Trump campaign are free to make that public.

I was just using an example. Congress can't classify information that isn't classified in the first place. There are some aspects of their own deliberation that they can ask be kept under wraps.

At any rate, since you call my statement ridiculous, I am done with you. Have a good day.

Wait til people wake up to the justification for launching Mueller in the first place, and I am not talking about the "in the weeds legal fact" that it is wrong to assign a SC to a counterintelligence operation.

Legitimate? Hell no. It was an attempt to take Trump out of office using a hoax based solely on false accusations, and EVERYBODY INVOLVED KNEW IT.

Her case vs. Smollett is closed, but not so for the case against her, and she has ZERO control over the court of public opinion on Smollett, which is where she forced HIS case to go.

One way or another. But yeah, they were goading him to react, which they would claim to be obstruction.

Ironic, to call "obstruction" when the action is exposing the use of false accusation and secrecy of investigation to protect an international team of dirty dogs. Shows a weakness in the system, one that can't be got around or fixed. The system depends on fairly decent people, and what we have in there are thoroughly rotten ones.

A usurper for president even, accepted by 535 Congresspeople.
