These were compiled just by reading docs, anytime I saw an operation, project or MK ref I made a note.
The most important thing to understand is the MK or Mind Kontrol is an Umbrella designation, that sometimes gets lost which is why (((they))) are so adept at hiding stuff. Then you have the numbers, so while it would be nice to think one could look for MK Project 1-149, that simply is not the case.
