The Plan is an answer to a question: How does one dismantle the 5th column without structural collapse of our Republic’s institutions and the uniquely American social fabric these institutions are tasked with protecting and maintaining?
Can one fight a war, win and make monumental history without really disrupting commerce?
POTUS is proving one can.
The thing is, an administration can arrest all the criminals they like, but if a critical masse of the public does not understand why such is taking place, then it’s all for not as necessary consensus of understanding is not present.
Hence game theory narratives that bait the public into a discussion about a specific topic, like, for instance “exoneration”.
Is it any wonder why Mueller left enough rope to bait Democrats into a national discussion on the exoneration of a man who committed no crimes only to see the exoneration of Jessie Smullet the very same weekend when the topic is fresh in the public’s mind?
This juxtaposition of double standards is critical to foster.
Like Q always says, this is a movie, anons know the plot but the public has yet to awake. Thus I would add that The Plan is a movie where POTUS is incrementally giving a Civics lesson (to a national audience) on how our institutions are supposed to work when they’re not abused by frauds and traitors.
In short, when all the pieces are under control, the only thing left to accomplish is to get the public up to speed on who, what, when, where and why this is all happening.
