Looked for beef with bones at Sam's yesterday - none, cept for ham/pork butt type. Broth made from bones is best source for collagen for tendons and skin.

 

Yes, people don't like paying for bones, so the "fat cats" can take the bones and make their collagen creams for you to buy at $20? an oz.
