This is pretty far out and completely speculation but the Bread title reminded me.
Hypothesis: "Covfefe" is Dennis Rodman's pronunciation of "Kayfabe" from back during his & DJT's WWE days, and DJT still trolls Dennis about it.
Girl on right's right arm is clearly up (see shoulder) and the elbow you see below is girl on left's. If we could see girl on right's left hand I bet the peach-colored fingernail polish would match. Any more pics of these 2?
