Kiwianon's…. your PM stated she received a copy of the manifesto along with THIRTY other's 10 min before it started. (1:30).
SHE SAID THAT NO TARGETS WERE LISTED.
Targets were all listed on Page 9-10
How come no one is talking about this? It means she had 40 min to get police to respond to second mosque.
This is the smoking gun, one of many, but the lowest hanging fruit.
Razman Ali - 'last man out' of Dean st.
He can be seen in the video laying on the floor (see pic). His body moves on the 3rd entry of the shooter.
Then read what he says in the interview: his brother was in there and he didn't know if he was alive or dead until he SAW THE VIDEO.
So he saw the video on his phone or someones phone while they were standing outside the mosque!
He says his bro was on top of the pile.
Now you have to ask yourself - why the fuck didn't he try and help the 50 wounded before he fled? Why didn't he look for his brother before he fled? Did he go over the pile of bodies to get out or through the front door? Why doesn't he have any blood on his hands from helping out survivors?

Look at the racks of shoes - they are FULL.
Razman Ali (above) states there were 300-500 people inside Dean st.
In the video, you can see that from the time of the first shot to when the shooter is far enough down the hall you can see into both M and F prayer rooms, you DO NOT see 300 people running. You see about 5 people running.
Have you ever seen 300 people panic to get out of a room? It takes longer than 15 seconds, esp if elderly.

Papanui High School - all the cops were at the Highschool and hospital when they should have been at either mosque.
They had special forces West of town at the shooting range, and they all responded to the high school.
Tarrant drove a circle around the city centre state and city police. The north police is right by the high school.
Just look at how many fucking cops are at the high school where not one shot was fired.
They sd shots were fired at the hospital, and supposedly they responded there at 1:40 ish. It's 1km away through the central park and you think they might have sent a car to check out dean st.. seeing as it was listed in the manifesto Arden and 30 others!!! received at 1:30!!!!
