Could you do a friend from the Old Country a favour and let me know whether either of these two people sound like New Zealanders to you? To me, they sound like Brits doing their best to imitate the accent (with her doing a better job than him), but I've had very little exposure to the accent, especially compared to other Colonial dialects. It's possible I'm being paranoid and that he's a Brit who's picked up a bit of an accent while she's just from a different area to the Kiwis I've met.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it's worth anything, NZ is the part of the Anglosphere I'd most like to visit, and hope to do so one day when this is all over.
