I don't understand your Atlas Shrugged reference? Are you stating they're devotees in the sense that it's what the socialists of Atlas Shrugged would do?
Because to my thinking an Atlas Shrugged devotee would do the opposite of what they're doing by stealing funds and fleeing to a foreign state.
